Water features come into play on many of the holes providing formidable hazards to the flat landscape. Being on the coast, wind is often a feature, adding to the challenge of the course.

Bristol and Clifton Golf Club is a good old fashioned members’ club. With fairway watering and a really keen green staff the course is kept to a condition which can only be matched by very few clubs. In addition the Club has practice facilities which include driving bays, chipping, pitching and putting greens, practice bunkers and a full area where members and visitors may hit their own balls. Visitors are always very welcome. The course can be set up to your particular needs and packages can be tailored to suit requirements.

Burnham and Berrow Golf Club is a natural links course which has played host to over 40 major amateur events including the men’s and ladies’ English Amateur Championship. It is a great test and although not easy, it’s layout is such that it is not unduly harsh on moderate players.

Cannington Golf Course, located just four miles from the historic town of Bridgwater and only twelve miles from Taunton, enjoys splendid views of the nearby Quantock Hills. The course offers both new and experienced players a satisfying and enjoyable game.
