The Lordleaze Hotel, the only 3 star Hotel in Chard with bar & restaurant and free wi fi, was once an 18th century farmhouse, is a comfortable country hotel offering the finest standards with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Ideal for both business and pleasure.

Set in a secluded area on the Somerset, Dorset, Devon borders it is surrounded by natural pasture land but only three minutes away from Chard town centre. It is a perfect location for those seeking peace and tranquillity.

Accommodation
The twenty five tastefully decorated bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom, colour television, radio, telephone with modem port, tea & coffee making facilities, trouser press & iron, hairdryer and other small touches for your enjoyment.

There are two Family rooms and a 4- poster bedroom with the rest being made up of twin our double bedded rooms. There are seven ground floor bedrooms, some with disabled facilities. All rooms are of course also available for single occupancy

Restaurant
Good quality local produce cooked well is the essence of our kitchen. We are also open to non residents and excel in functions with professional approach.

With menus tailor made to suit your tastes we are pleased to welcome you for your special occasion (weddings, private parties and anniversaries). Our banquet room can seat up to 120 guests. The inviting atmosphere, top quality food and service are second to none.

Restaurant menu and bar meals are available 7 evenings a week with a very popular Sunday Lunch .The breakfast is rather good too!

Location
Chard is ideally situated for that well deserved stop-over break on the long journey to Devon and Cornwall. In fact, it is a good idea to spend your holiday at The Lordleaze Hotel in the heart of the West Country. We are in easy reach of all the tourist attractions and the coast. Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Sidmouth are all within about 30 minutes driving.

Conference Facilities
The Lordleaze Hotel has two conference rooms, the garden room seatingup to 20 people and the large banquet room up to 100.
