A choice of 4 excellent self catering cottages!

Our self catering cottages are spacious and well appointed; located in the glorious surroundings of Exmoor National Park, we offer absolute peace and quiet and yet,we are only three hours drive from London or Birmingham.

Location
You can walk the Two Moors Way which passes our gate, bring your dogs and even your horses and make use of our stables or simply sit quietly fishing and watching for the rare Exmoor Ponies or red deer or the birds of prey.

If you wish to explore the area, we are within easy reach of the coastal towns of Porlock, Lynton and Lynmouth and close to Lorna Doone country. The pretty town of Dulverton is close for shopping and browsing the art galleries.

As a family run business, we guarantee you a warm welcome in any one of our four cottages or in all four if you wish to bring your extended family too, perhaps for a special anniversary celebration. Part of our land has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest and you are welcome to explore all of our sixty acres of fields and woodlands.

The Cottages
All of the self catering cottages are stone barn conversions. The fully equipped kitchens also include a dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Each cottage has a wood burning stove and conventional electric heating including heated towel rails, making them snug and warm during the winter. As well as radio, television and DVD or video, depending on the cottage, there is an extensive range of books and games to borrow. An adventure playground is a recent addition for all children up to ten years old. The communal Laundry Room is equipped with coin operated washing and drying machines. There is also a payphone and fax in the main house.

The cottages have large open plan living accommodation.

Electricity is metered with prices being based on current rates, note that the first £10 worth is included! All linen and towels are provided, as is the wood for the stoves. Cots and high chairs are available if required.

Child Friendly
There is a purpose built playground in front of the cottages as well as a selection of ride-on toys and the possibility of baby-sitting. We also have cots and highchairs available for your use.

Bring your horse!
We have ample car parking and stables if you want to bring your horses or ponies.
