A typical course begins on Friday evening with a home cooked farmhouse supper where you have an opportunity to relax and meet the rest of the group. (We don’t have a license so you can bring along your favourite tipple!). The course begins after a choice of breakfast on Saturday. Many aspects are covered throughout the day so by the end, your knowledge of this fascinating subject will have grown considerably. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions about equipment, techniques, problems you may have experienced and simple ways of setting up your own production.

Saturday evening you are free to make your own arrangements. We can recommend numerous local pubs and restaurants.

The course continues after breakfast on Sunday followed by Sunday lunch to set you up for your journey home.
