Restaurant
Whether it’s choosing from our extensive a la carte menu, the regularly changing specials board or the ever-popular carvery, we feel confident that we have something for most palates.

Andre, our Head chef, makes good use of local ingredients, whether it’s the beef, lamb and pork for the carvery (the majority of which is from Exmoor & the west Country) or the cheeses traveling all of 5 miles from Tower Farm or the delicious ice-creams and sorbets from Styles farmhouse 8 miles away.

To complement your meal, we offer a well balanced and sensibly priced wine list reflecting a wide range of soil type and grape.

Bar
If you are lost and stumble across us in the Exmoor mist, relax and have a seat in the bar, slowly re-orientating yourself on one of our seven map tables, all containing “glassed in” OS maps of the area!

You may then choose to stay awhile taking advantage of our selection of fine hand-pulled local ales. We are fortunate to be positioned within ten miles of three breweries, Cotleigh and Exmoor at Wiveliscombe and Dunkery Brewery at Exford, all of whom produce some seriously good beer.
Alternatively, you may wish to warm yourself by one of our two wood burning fires whilst sipping on one of our forty malt whiskies (tasting notes supplied!).

Activities
Here at the Raleghs Cross Inn you can enjoy a range of activities including fishing, walking, horse riding, canoeing, golf, safari trips on Exmoor, or even paragliding!

Bring your horse on holiday!...
Ralegh’s Cross Inn has on site six purpose built totally secluded stables in a self-contained yard where guests and their horses can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Exmoor countryside.

Function Room
The Function Room, with its dedicated bar, seats up to 180 comfortably and offers a variable size dance floor and raised presentation area. This is the ideal venue for weddings, celebrations, and corporate funtions.
