Steps Farmhouse is a traditional 16th century former farmhouse offering wonderful Exmoor bed and breakfast accommodation with off road parking, near Minehead, nestling between Exmoor and the Quantock Hills.

Accommodation
We have four rooms available:
Two Double bedrooms both ensuite (on the ground floor)
A Twin bedroom ensuite first floor
A Family room with a double bed and 2 singles, also ensuite first floor.

Shower rooms have heated towel rails.

All our bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled TV, clock/radio alarms, and hospitality trays with a selection of teas, coffee, chocolate & biscuits.

Breakfast
Full English Breakfasts are served in our cosy dining room with oak beams and inglenook fireplace.
Packed lunches are available on request.

Garden
The rooms are located in a barn conversion in beautiful secluded gardens with views towards Exmoor.

Outside tables & seating are located around the gardens & courtyard for guests use.

Tariff
Prices are from £35 per person per night for a double room. For stays of 2 nights or more the price is just £30 per person per night.
