Description

Exmoor House is a stunning Georgian style house set in its own grounds within the Exmoor National Park.
The historical village of Porlock is only a short walk away and is at the gateway to the South West Coast Path, Two Moors Way and Coleridge Way.

The views of the surrounding countryside are outstanding and can be viewed from all the rooms. A feeling of peace and tranquillity envelops the house. It is a truly restful place to be.

In the colder months, you will find a warming log fire to welcome you. In the warmer months, there are plenty of sitting areas in the garden for you to read or just relax or even enjoy the special sunsets and starlit surrounding with unspoilt skies.

Accommodation
The rooms comprise:

*one twin en-suite
*one single with private shower room

All rooms have great views over different hills.

Guest Lounge
The lounge areas are there for guest enjoyment either day or evening. In colder months there is a log fire to warm the bones at one end of the lounge and a cosy corner for reading at the other. The books are there for you to enjoy during your stay.

The Garden
On warmer days there is plenty of space in the garden, with many sitting areas dotted around the grounds for you to enjoy.

Parking
The gravelled area in front of the house gives ample parking for cars.

Local Area
Porlock village with its many shops and restaurants is only 400 meters way. Porlock Weir , Allerford, Selworthy, Dunster, Exford, Minehead and Lynton, Lynmouth, a short drive away. There are so many walks and rides to try, you are spoilt for choice. Exmoor is a truly unique place.

£40 per person per night

All prices include a full cooked breakfast using high quality local Exmoor sourced products wherever possible or a selection of lighter alternatives.
