Frome Leisure Centre offers a huge range of activities to cater for the health and leisure needs of the whole community and visitors to Somerset.

Facilities and Services include:

*25m Swimming Pool and separate Children's Pool.
Our pools offer length swimming as well as fun sessions and a place for new swimmers to learn in safety and comfort.

*Avalon Lifestyle Centre - featuring a fully equipped Fitness Suite supervised by our qualified Lifestyle Team.

*A wide range of exercise classes ranging from aerobics to circuits.

*Learn to Swim in our swimming lessons. Lessons for all ages and abilities, taught in line with the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming by fully qualified teachers.

*Activities for children and young people ranging from Basketball to Trampolining.

*Activities for adults ranging from badminton to five a side football.

*Our squash courts, bowls hall, Astro Turf Pitch, sports hall and outdoor multi sport court are all available to hire.
Solarium - top up your tan with our sun bed.

*Social Lounge / Viewing Gallery and Vending Cafeteria - enjoy a range of snacks and drinks while relaxing overlooking the Pools.
