Welcome to our bungalow - Steepholme View - on the outskirts of Minehead - the gateway to Exmoor National Park in West Somerset. It is set in a quiet residential location with seaviews and close to Exmoor with its heather moorland and the scenic north Devon coast with its surfing beaches.

Accommodation
The 3 bedroomed bungalow, which sleeps up to 5, is warm, cosy and comfortable with gas central heating and very well equipped.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, freezer, double oven gas cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc. Plenty of crockery and extras to make it home from home.

There is a separate dining room and a comfortable lounge leading to a conservatory with doors opening onto the patio and looking out over the attractive garden.

Equipped with TV, Freeview, DVD player, video recorder, plenty of books, puzzles, maps etc.

The 3 bedrooms consist of one double, one twin and a single.

Gardens
There are well maintained gardens at the front and back both with sea views across to south Wales and the West Somerset Coast and Steep Holme Island.

The large back garden has been terraced and landscaped with a wonderful selection of plants for you to enjoy. There is also a summer house to relax and and enjoy afternoon tea or an evening glass of wine.

Parking
The front also has parking for 2 vehicles.

Local area
Just 10 mintutes walk from the sea front. Minehead is the ideal base for exploring Exmoor National Park and surrounding villages such as Dunster with its imposing castle, now owned by the National Trust, and the nearby pretty villages of Selworthy, Allerford and Porlock.
