Strode Swimming Pool offers a wide range of activities based in the swimming pools and our modern, well equipped fitness suite.

Facilities and Services Include:

*33.3m Swimming Pool and Learner Pool. The largest public swimming pool in Somerset is the ideal venue for activities ranging from swimming to scuba diving and canoeing.

*Our separate learner pool provides the perfect environment for the new swimmer.

*Avalon Lifestyle Centre - featuring a fully equipped Fitness Suite supervised by our qualified Lifestyle Team.

*Classes including Aqua Fit, Aqua Yoga and Yoga.

*Learn to Swim in our Swimming Lessons. Lessons for all ages and abilities, taught in line with the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming by fully qualified teachers.

*Sauna. Relax in our recently refurbished sauna.

*Birthday parties. Enjoy using our Centre to celebrate that special birthday.

*Social Lounge and Vending Cafe. Enjoy some time to relax and chat after a swim or a workout with a drink, snack or some fresh fruit.
